- At checkout, check any boxes for delivery, setup, or the optional damage waiver.
- Pay a 25% refundable security deposit to lock in your date.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We make party planning simple and stress-free!

All rentals are for a 3-day weekend period:
- Pickups & Deliveries: Thursdays only
- Returns: Sundays only

Yes, we offer delivery for select orders!
Delivery is available for canopy/tent rentals, orders over $250, and customers within 5–10 miles of Christopher, IL.
Delivery Rates:
- SUV (Small Orders): $40 base + $0.89 per mile (round trip)
- Box Truck (Large Orders): $100 base + $1.29 per mile (round trip)
Delivery availability depends on staffing and schedule, so please contact us early to confirm.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to pick up your rental items from our location in Christopher, IL. We’ll coordinate a convenient time for pickup and return.

Canopy setup is optional and available for an additional fee. Tables, chairs, and games are pickup-ready and do not include setup by default. If you need help setting up tables, chairs, or anything else, just ask—we’re happy to provide a quote! Lighting setup is also available as an add-on.

We offer an optional damage waiver for 10% of the order total, which covers accidental damage. Otherwise, customers are responsible for damages.

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a refund, minus the deposit.

- All rentals require a 25% refundable security deposit to secure your date.
- Standard Payment Plan: For most events, the remaining balance is split into 2 smaller payments. The final payment is due 7 days before your event.
- Monthly Payment Plan: Booking 3 or more months in advance? You can split your balance into monthly payments to make budgeting easier—perfect for planning a larger celebration!
